Personalised SEN support, matched to every learner
We match pupils with SEN-specialist educators who have direct experience of their needs, whether that is Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC/ASD), Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) or another area of SEN. Sessions are delivered in a Personalised Learning Environment built around each learner.

Frequently asked questions
The Koji Academy Programme goes beyond standard tutoring. Every pupil is matched with an educator who has direct specialist experience of their specific SEN needs, and sessions are structured around the individual learner — not a generic curriculum.
We take time to understand each pupil's needs, strengths and goals before making a match. We then identify an educator from our specialist team who has direct experience of that specific area of SEN — whether ASC/ASD, SEMH or something else.
A Personalised Learning Environment (PLE) is the framework we use to structure each pupil's support. It is built around the individual — their pace, their strengths, their goals and their EHCP requirements — and adapts as they progress.
Session frequency is agreed during the consultation stage based on the pupil's needs and what is set out in their EHCP. We are flexible and work around what is right for each individual learner.
We provide regular, structured progress reports aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. Your SENCO team will always have clear evidence of impact and progress to support EHCP reviews.
