Our process
Every placement follows a clear three-step pathway so your team always has a structured, accountable route from referral to impact review.
Three steps from referral to impact
Consultation
We meet with your SENCO, the family and, where relevant, the Local Authority SEN team to understand the learner's needs and any EHCP requirements.
Specialist matching
We match each pupil with an educator experienced in their specific area of SEN, whether that is ASC/ASD, SEMH or something else.
Growth and impact review
We monitor progress throughout. Our reporting aligns with the SEND Code of Practice and supports EHCP reviews.
A clear, accountable route from referral to impact
Our process gives your SENCO team a structured, transparent route from the first referral through to ongoing impact review. Every step is documented and aligned with the SEND Code of Practice.
We work in close partnership with your team and the family so that everyone involved is kept informed and the learner always stays at the centre.

At every stage we are with you
Clear communication
We keep your team informed at every stage. No surprises — just clear, timely updates on progress and next steps.
Evidence-based reporting
Our reporting aligns with the SEND Code of Practice and supports EHCP reviews. You always have the evidence you need.
Specialist matching
Every pupil is matched with an educator who has direct experience of their specific SEN needs. We never use a one-size-fits-all approach.
Frequently asked questions
Contact us via our contact page and we will arrange an initial consultation with your SENCO, the family and — where relevant — the Local Authority SEN team. From there we move quickly to find the right support.

We work in close partnership with your SENCO throughout. We keep them informed at every stage, provide structured progress reports and collaborate on any adjustments needed to keep the learner on track.
We monitor progress continuously and stay in regular contact with your team. If a pupil's needs change, we adapt our approach accordingly. You will never be left managing a situation alone.
