The people behind the support.

Koji Academy was founded on a single belief that every young person deserves access to a great education.

How Koji Academy began

Koji Academy grew from a simple observation: standard education does not work for every mind. As part of Kaidoko, a global network focused on wellbeing and learning, we have spent years supporting SEN learners across the world.

In the UK, we are based in Telford's Education Quarter, where we work closely with local authorities, schools and families nationwide. We use international research to solve local challenges.

Our goal is to close the gap between a young person's potential and what they are able to achieve.

Specialist working with a young person
Our vision

We focus on the whole child

Our programmes are built around a Personalised Learning Environment where wellbeing and academic success grow together. We recognise that a young person cannot reach their potential unless they feel safe, understood and supported.

Every learner is unique

We never use a one-size-fits-all approach. Every young person we work with gets support built specifically around their needs, goals and strengths.

Evidence always matters

Everything we do is evidence-based and measurable. We give families, schools and local authorities clear evidence that our support is working.

Partnership is key

We work alongside families, schools and local authorities. The best outcomes happen when everyone involved is working together.
